Chris Humphrey has been serving the insurance needs of individuals, families, and businesses in Eastern North Carolina for more than three decades. Since beginning his career in insurance in 1994, Chris has built a reputation for providing trusted advice, dependable service, and practical coverage solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Chris founded Chris Humphrey Insurance Brokers with a simple mission: give customers more choices and better options. By working with multiple insurance carriers, Chris and his team help clients find the right coverage at competitive prices while making the insurance process straightforward and easy to understand.

A lifelong resident of Lenoir County, Chris believes strongly in giving back to the community that has supported him throughout his career. He is an Eagle Scout and remains actively involved in civic and community organizations. Chris is a proud member of the Kinston Rotary Club, a member of St. John's Masonic Lodge, the Lenoir County Shrine Club and serves on the Lenoir Community College Foundation Board, helping support educational opportunities and workforce development in the region.

Chris has long been committed to community leadership and service, regularly supporting local schools, youth athletics, charitable initiatives, and community development efforts across Eastern North Carolina.

Chris is married to Terry and is the proud father of two daughters. When he’s not helping clients protect their homes, vehicles, and businesses, he enjoys spending time with family, supporting local organizations, and cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels.

As the Office and Sales Manager for our agency, Chrystal brings more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry. She started her insurance career in 2010 in auto claims, gaining valuable insight into how coverage works when customers need it most. In 2021, she became a licensed insurance agent, allowing her to work directly with clients to find the right coverage for their unique situations. Chrystal is passionate about helping people understand their options and making sure they feel confident in the protection they choose.

Mandi brings a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping people. After working in several customer-focused roles, she became a licensed insurance agent in 2022. Her experience has helped her develop a deep understanding of how important clear communication and trust are when it comes to protecting what matters most. Known for her friendly approach and dedication to service, Mandi is committed to building lasting relationships while helping clients feel confident about their coverage.
